Phone troubles

Tags: Hate I've just recently purchased a StraightTalk phone from TracFone. At the beginning of every call it has a reminder that there is e-l-e-v-e-n h-o-u-r-s a-n-d f-o-r-t-y t-w-o m-i-n-u-t-e-s r-e-m-a-i-n-i-n-g f-o-r t-h-i-s c-a-l-l. Holy cow, I'm glad I haven't needed to make a 911 call yet. The emergency is likely to be over by the time I've made the call. Anybody know how to eliminate this particular part of the service? The customer service personnel in India don't seem to understand what it is I'm talking about. IBF!
