Working Interview

Tags: work, Hate, Friends, Family OK, is this like the biggest scam going by unscrupulous employers? I got a call yesterday morning asking for a working interview later that day. I jumped at the chance. I have been looking for work for a while. So, I go in, I heard that the boss had 5 other people in there for these same types of interviews, and 2 walked out on her after 7 hours. I stayed for my full shift, hoping to get hired. Well, I was sent home, and got a call saying they had hired a kid for the position. I did some research and found that unpaid working interviews are illegal. I got burned, I won't get burned again. The next time someone asks for a working interview, ask if pays at least minimum wage, if it doesn't, say NO. I wonder how much free labor employers get this way. It just pisses me off. IBF!!!

Cirino at 4:44 AM Apr 14, 2014 LundiI agree. I also feel that you have contributed to this atiuttde in some of your past remarks about the Catholic Church. You have have your own feelings about the Church, but some of the irresponsible comments you have made have left me feeling alienated and hurt.The Church is not perfect, it does not profess to be, but I find it meaningful.
