Car Wash

Tags: Current Events, Hate, Friends, Family There has been a surge in my town of children being hit by cars at car washes. Small kids, playing around the car while their parents wash it. They have been hit by larger vehicles entering or leaving the car wash...the drivers couldn't see the kids, because they were so small. We are talking about ages ranging from 2 to 4. What? What the hell are these parents thinking? I remember very well when my kids were that age keeping them in the car...for just that reason. Where is common sense?? IBF!

Johanna at 2:58 AM Apr 13, 2014 Fantastic input Jake.For my mileage, I feel like I have a pttrey finite amount of influence that I get to exert, and I don't want to let disagreement about peripheral issues (such as governance) preclude my ability to exert influence on the eternal.The flip side, however, is that I don't get to weigh in on some of the issues that I do feel passionately about. I will have to continue thinking about this and developing my level of engagement. This is definitely a moving target for me.
