Hobby Lobby
Working straight for this "christian company" for over 3 weeks. That is straight no days off, almost 20 days in a row of 12 to 15 hours a day. This alone puts taxes on the body and mind. Their solution to your hard work and dedication to their grand opening. Work harder, and then we sh*tcan you. This is the worst company I have ever worked for christian based or otherwise. It is ashame that companies still to this day treat their employees this way. This company's management skills are not even there. The one manager is like an Army Drill Seargeant who is your best friend, and the other manager is a mind game freak. They have no trust and promise in their employees, and on the grand opening of this new fiasco all employees are to put on a painted smile like Disneyworld after working non stop for all these days. There is no management what so ever in this store. The only two people who run this store are obviously out of their league in life. As I will not mention any names here, it will be obvious to anyone who they are once you visit the store. On another site http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Hobby-Lobby-Company-Reviews-E7537_P4.htm their overall approval rating is less than 45% for overall stores. I am telling anyone who ever wants to work here, run away from this place like it is the apocolyptic plague in life itself. This company is going to lose good people, because of their management and head games. The overall reason that they have or would have had good employees is because of the bad economy in the area. So, yes I did the three weeks and even some people are waiting for more pay on their checks, since they were not right in the first place. This is the most inconsiderate, closed minded company in America, who's technology is so outdated at the register it forms it's own lines. Say a prayer or a circle prayer for this company to go under please. They don't deserve the Hobby Market in America. I did my part and stuck in there and worked my *ss off, how will I get repaid.
