Do these pants make my daughter look fat?

I have a teen age relative that is grossly overweight. I mean it is a true hazard to herself and others. Not being mean, but it is bad. Her parents just had to obtain new health insurance and had to get a physical for this girl. They report the doctor said she was in great shape. What the fuck was the medical staff looking at? She is over 250 lbs! Obviously the parents need to be held responsible. But do doctors not address this issue? I am not overweight. But I have slightly elevated cholesterol and my doctor acts like I am on deaths door. Why is the overweight condition no different? Ibf.
