AVOID WELLS FARGO!! Our home loan nightmare started when our closing date came & went....SEVEN weeks later it closed, but they screwed up my job situation , and now they won't return my phone calls on their promised "rent reimbursement". they suck, I will never pass through their doors, except maybe to serve papers for the lawsuit I am considering. Do yourself a favor, if you're considering a home loan, steer far clear of Wells Fargo altogether.

I knew a guy whose mother was white and father was black and he was dark skinned; Different african tribes range in skin color and hair texture; that's the diversity of melanin; it can take on many forms without losing it's true essence. black siblings with the same parents can have different skin tones, but it's impossible for one to be black and the other bi-racial.
