I walked in to look at their wedding gowns. I was greeted with dirty looks as soon as I walked in and because I'm not blonde with blue eyes and 6 feet tall I was treated as a freak. I was talked down to and treated as if they didn't want my business. I don't know exactly what type of clientele they get on a regular basis but it seemed to me that I was treated as trash because I walked in with a regular tee shirt and jeans with tennis shoes and (god forbid) no make up. The other brides were being helped and spoken to like human beings (blonde blue eyed etc like I mentioned before) it was like I was in high school or something. Weird.
Got news for you ladies at Boulder Bridal. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money at your "fine" establishment, however, I have been lucky enough to find a really nice lady who is making a dress for me.
Any brides out there who aren't orange from tanning beds and do not have the stature of a super model DO NOT buy anything from Boulder Bridal...hell you might not be able to get in, I wouldn't be surprised if they start having a bouncer at the front door.
I haven't lived in this town for very long and I have to say that this was the first time in my 30 years on this earth I have EVER experienced this...EVER
Don't judge a book by it's cover gals...it's gonna come back and bite you on your ass.
