Tags: consumer ordered a pizza with hamburger and mushrooms. When I received my pizza, there was some sort of shaved meat. It tasted terrible. I asked the waitress what it was and she said it was hamburger. She then elaborated and said the hamburger was actually "sliced meatballs". I asked for the pizza to be returned as it was inedible and not what I was expecting. She went to ask the owner if she could remove it from the bill. She said he said no. I asked for him to come to the table. He did, wearing gold chains and other flashy stuff. He told me since I ate a piece he wouldn't take it off the bill. When I protested, he started yelling right there in front of his other customers and said "I don't care if you never come back, I'm not taking the pizza off the bill". This is the RUDEST customer service I have ever received ancd will NEVER go back there to eat again. IBF!
