Cho's Cleaner's
I dropped a jacket off for cleaning and it was ready the next day. When arriving home I noticed that the tag on the zipper was gone. I took the jacket back the evening of Monday, Dec. 6th. The next morning a lady called to ask me why it was there because the afternoon lady left no instructions as to what to do with it, or even what was wrong with it. I explained it to her and she said that the owner was on vacation and she had to wait a week to see what they wanted to do about it. I pointed out that the only option is to fix it. It was fine when I brought it in and all it needs is a new tag to pull the zipper up and down. She said ok and I gave them a few days to do it. When I called back to check on it the evening of Dec 10th, I was met by the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She said she knew nothing about it and didn't even try to check. I started asking if it was lost and all she would say is that I needed to drive up there and talk about it in person. I asked what more she would know if I came all the way up there. Then she was getting rude and saying that I need to call back Monday and talk to "the white lady". Apparently she has no name, and that is a rude way to refer to someone. I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate being called "the asian lady". I told her that I wasn't driving all the way up there for no reason and that I wanted her to check on it and call me back before they closed at 7. She took my information, but of course didn't call me back. At this point, I don't know if they are refusing to fix it, if they lost it, or what. That is my thickest coat and it's been very cold this week, and will be the same next week. I cannot believe they can't make this right just because the owner is out of town and I cannot believe the attitude of "the asian lady". This "white lady" wants everyone to know how they do business because there are plenty other dry cleaners in the area that can be used!
- Please! The correct stteemant should be SOME women are just as shady but better at it than SOME men. While there is some truth to what they are saying i think that chicks over-exaggerate the fact either to make themselves feel like they can hurt you as much as you hurt them or as a cover for their own behavior. The same way dudes say all men cheat its on our DNA < that's BS, you're a cheater and you're trying to make it seem ok because if it were really only you (and a select others) that would just make you a jerk lol.
