Best Buy, SUCKS!
Officially will never step foot into the Best Buy in Milford ever again!! Its seriously the worst Best Buy store out there. Havent been there in three years because when I bought my laptop through them the Geek Squad didnt want to fix my computer unless I paid for it to be done even though I was within the warranty period...now I ordered my husband a mp3 player for Christmas through the Framingham store but to pick it up at the Milford store because Framingham didnt have it in stock but Milford did..
I head home but going to stop at the Best Buy in Milford to pick it up...I get a call saying that the system was wrong and they dont have any in stock but in 3-5 business days they will. Ok that was Monday the 6. Its now Monday the 13 and havent heard anything back so I give them a call. A man named Greg answers the phone. I ask him if its in yet he tells me its not in the hold shelf but hell check with inventory...they have it in inventory but its just a matter of when they get around to bringing it to the floor. I ask how long that will take because its already the 5 business days he says he doesnt know whenever they get to it and hangs up on me...
So I go to the Best Buy in Milford to figure out exactly what is going on and where is my mp3 player that the money has already been taken out of my checking account! I get there and Jacqueline is at the customer service center..She tells me shell go look for it and after several minutes calls Josh over to see what happened to it. They basically told me that it was here but then they sold it last Monday before I got there which they called me a half hour after I purchased it then another one came in and it was being held for me but that one was sold as well... So I paid for a product that I dont have. Now I have to wait another 5 business days to get the mp3 player or not because the rate im going theyll sell it again before they even call me to go pick it up!!!!!
- Bravo, bravo! Regarding the auto exec's congressional temiostny, many of my clients prepare their executives for such encounters with state and federal lawmakers. They are very aware of the importance of appearances and advise their leadership of various lawmaker sensitivities in that regard. The fact that the auto exec's decided to use their corporate jets was yet another example of tired ears. I'm fairly certain that their government relations & PR staff advised them to play down any appearances of corporate excess. The exec's didn't listen to them, and it's probably a small manifestation of a broader management style that is not attuned to what customers want, which got them in this mess, along with ghastly union negotiating skills.
