I bought the MagicJack a little over a year ago and then began to use it. The product is great. I like the product so much I went ahead an began to use the MagicJack as my primary telephone service. I even had the Magic Jack telephone number printed on my business cards and letterhead.

My problem is with the renewal process. After my initial year expired, the unit no longer can be used until it is renewed by making a payment. I tried to do that immediately, but every attempt to pay resulted in an email that the order was canceled. No reason as to why. The only "help" available is a live chat with someone at a chat center in a foreign country. I was informed via the live chat that my account is under review and that I would hear from MagicJack shortly. This has been over 10 days already and I finally found a telephone number for billing inquiries. Amazingly, this is also outsourced and was given the same story. I asked the representative to tell me what the problem is in order for me to correct it but was told they can't help me.

So now I have no telephone service other than my cell phone. I've been fuched....
