So I work at a bank, and today, life decided that my life was too boring. So it gave me Mr. Over-reaction Man.

It happened about 2 pm in the afternoon. I was just standing there monotonously counting other people's money and doing my job when this white guy and his mexican wife come up to my window. The guy tells me that she wants to cash her check. So, I'm like, sure. I then proceed to ask the wife the same questions I asked the last hundred or so customers who came up to my window.

Does she have her ATM card? No.

Great, well, can I see her driver's license or some sort of ID?

Before the woman can respond to me, the husband abruptly gravitates his body in front of hers and begins to scream his lungs out at me. This guy is going ape-nuts over the fact that I asked his wife for some identification. I mean, geez dude, calm down. The whole branch is watching you.

I feel like I just asked her to sign her soul over to the company or something.
