The heating element went out on our hot tub a couple days ago so I called the company and it's under warrenty, send the old one back and we'll send a new one. OK fine, buy one and have a spare. This morning we went to check on the element locally. After driving around C/S all morning we found one, $89.99 + tax $96.65. Having already checked the on line price where the element is under warrenty we had a clue, $28.99 + under $4.00 shipping, thats 3X the price differance, WTF? $5.00 - $10.00 maybe but $60.00 give me a break and know there's wasn't a better unit because the top of the line was $39.99. If you want our business you need to keep your prices somewhat competitive, I'm not saying match prices just don't make me bend over to get it now. IBF!
